Postage with Morley's Honey and Candles is at an express rate. Prices do vary depending on the items purchased. 

Particular products such as honey, honeycomb and beeswax are unable to be posted to certain parts of Australia. This can be found in the 'Dangerous and prohibited goods and packaging guide - Section 5 Interstate prohibitions and restrictions'. 

Due to COVID-19 you may experience delays in receiving your parcels due to the high volume of parcels in the delivery network. Morley's Honey and Candles are extremely sorry in advanced for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience. 

1. Whilst Morley’s Honey and Candles sends orders through Australia Post, Morley’s Honey and Candles takes no responsibility for any goods in transit between leaving Morley’s Honey and Candles and arriving to the Customer. If you (the Customer) would like insurance for goods posted through Australia Post (the customer) must advise of this before the goods are dispatched from Morley’s Honey and Candles (at time of order). 
2. Morley’s Honey and Candles takes great care to ensure that orders are completed and arrive on time. However, we have no control on Australia Post times and days. We can provide tracking information to customers along with an appropriate link for your order so you can keep track. The customer will always be notified beforehand if there is a delay with goods leaving Morley’s Honey and Candles on time, or if we know of any delays that may cause late or delayed delivery. Once goods leave Morley’s Honey and Candles we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery from Australia Post.  
3. If the customer is not at the delivery address at time of delivery and the carrier cannot get a signature they should leave a card (which also shows on tracking) after two (2) attempts they may return the goods to us, if this does happen another postage fee will be payable by the customer.
